September is National Hunger Action Month! Do you know that as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, over 54 million people in the United States are hungry or food insecure? Yet, in this country, we will throw away over 133 billion pounds of good food in 2021! As people of faith, it is time to take action-to say that this situation is unacceptable and to do something about it.
